The Environment Student Society is the representation of the undergraduate students in the Faculty of Environment. We are a group of students who work to represent undergraduate students in the Faculty of Environment by ensuring that your voices are heard in decisions made by University of Waterloo, FEDS and the Faculty. We are also here to provide opportunities for networking, student leadership and participation.
We consist of an executive council and association representatives. Our weekly meetings are available for any undergraduate to attend and speak about their concerns. These meetings help us to move forward with ideas, issues, policies and programmes. Our positions are obtained by election and if there are fewer than one candidate, the applicant is acclaimed. We are the voice of the undergraduates and we seek to represent you as best as we can within the Faculty and within the larger university context. Feel free to contact anyone on the ESS Executive Council or visit us during our office hours.
